  1. The market seems to be growing at a healthy pace for 2011. However persistant high interest rates are keeping a damper on the sector. Natural demand is always occuring due to increased urbanization as well as regular upward population pressures. Metro's such a Bangalore will continue to grow and values will continue to rise year on year. I have a very good felling for North Bangalore as it becomes more and more of a hot spot.

  2. Bangalore continues to be the location for investment in Indian realty. While both mumbai and NCR region are dropping in sales volume. The southern cities like Bangalore are roaring ahead. It will be a matter of little time before the south challenges the domination of the more industrialized northern cities. Bangalore North is the hotspot for the city and will be the best investment location in the city.
